We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Director to join our team in Austin, Texas. This pivotal role involves overseeing a wide range of functional areas through various department managers, ensuring that all facilities meet required standards and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage activities across multiple functional areas, divisions, and service groups through Directors and Senior Managers, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, and implementation of methods and processes.
• Collaborate with senior managers and corporate partners to establish and achieve strategic corporate goals.
• Address complex and abstract issues across the business's functional areas, making decisive resolutions to enhance operational success.
• Develop and implement company policies impacting immediate operations and potentially company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure that budgets and schedules align with corporate standards and requirements.
• Advise and support subordinate managers in achieving goals, meeting schedules, and resolving technical challenges.
• Engage regularly with executives and major clients, playing a key role in contract negotiations and other influential matters.
• Recommend and implement changes to policies affecting subordinate organizations.
• Develop and apply HR strategies to recruit and retain a highly qualified and motivated workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field, including significant management experience.
• Proven multi-site management experience
