Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and enhance our EHS programs across multiple office and manufacturing sites. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the implementation of EHS programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for EHS activities.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs to enhance workplace safety culture.
• Ensure the maintenance of facilities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Advise and guide teams to meet project schedules and resolve EHS-related issues.
• Interact with supervisors, customers, and peers to ensure effective program execution.
• Manage moderately complex EHS activities, including costs for labor, equipment, and materials.
• Administer workers' compensation and return-to-work programs, including OSHA 300 logs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental or Health Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an EHS role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH).
• Familiarity with specific EHS programs such as LOTO, Electrical Safety, PPE, and Ergonomics.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and 45001 standards.
