Site Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the comprehensive operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our buildings and infrastructure, ensuring the seamless functioning of office, warehouse, and production facilities. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at managing diverse facility functions and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and alteration of office, manufacturing, warehouse, truck yards, and parking.
• Coordinate inter-building communication installations and maintenance.
• Supervise and optimize facilities procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Prepare work schedules, define work procedures, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement within budgetary guidelines and submit monthly reports.
• Plan, budget, and oversee regional facilities modifications, including construction and acquisitions.
• Evaluate and inspect HVAC systems, lighting, and space use for optimal functionality.
• Develop long-term facility plans, including disaster recovery and safety programs.
• Oversee contracted services such as cleaning and ensure compliance with governmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field, including supervision.
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of facility management.
• Strong ability to present information effectively to senior management.
